With the market prices of homes in Tampa Bay skyrocketing we had a client contact our office who wanted to take advantage of the increased equity in her home and lock in a low interest rate loan against her primary residence. We were able to connect this individual to a lender to organize what is called a cash-out refinance. In this situation, this individual was able to obtain thousands of dollars in cash from the equity in her home at a very low interest rate.
